Partnership Application Process

(1) Download and print a "Partnership Application" by clicking here (for Microsoft Word format which you can type in) or here (for an Adobe Acrobat .pdf file).

(The free program Adobe Acrobat Reader may be needed to download the application and the documents below.  It can be found here.)

If you are already a partner at CCC, and need a recommitment form to remain
a partner for the next year, please click HERE.

(2) Please fill out one full application for each person interested in becoming a partner at Celebration Community Church.  You can turn these applications in to one of the pastors or to the Connection table on Sunday morning.  Resources that must be read and agreed with can be found below.
